IBM Client Innovation Center (CIC) Switzerland CIC is looking for a work student to coordinate and support management activities at the centre. We're looking for candidates who would like to work part-time between 40-70 % (during their studies at a Swiss university or applied science school.)
While this position is predominately a practice group support function, you may also get the opportunity to participate in some special projects and take on additional responsibility.
This job includes mainfold responsibilities , ranging from:
· Support the management with operational as well as administrative activities on a periodic basis
· Handle the onboarding of new employees joining the IBM CIC
· Configuring the systems with Windows 10/macOS
· Support new employees with mandatory tasks and other administrative activities
· Project Management for ongoing engagements
· Support for Management Reporting, Meeting preparation and minutes
· Support in practice operations
· Design, update and management of internal websites and marketing material
· Client presentations and client documents
· Provide active support with recruitment and talent acquisition
· Event organisation
· Research tasks This position will help you gain practical experience, knowledge and skills from the largest consulting company in the world.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
· Ideally you are studying either technology management, innovation management, business administration, computer science or economics.
· You are a student, enrolled in a Swiss university or University of applied science and you are either a Swiss citizen or hold a residence permit B.
· Written and spoken fluency in German (absolute must) and English. French would be a plus.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as good time management skills.
· Good technical skills with regards to installations and basic trouble shooting
· Ability to work independently in a team environment with strong commitment to deliver tasks
· Flexibility depending on incurring task to cope with timelines
· Mobility (in Switzerland: mainly in Bern but with travel up to Zurich/Geneva)
· Strong analytical skills, with capability demonstrated to apply logic reasoning to solve problems
· Strong in MS-Office, especially with Word, PowerPoint and Excel
