Job description
• Process 200+ debit/credit memos daily in SAP
• Review and validate activity submitted for processing
• Reconcile activity submitted to activity processed in SAP
• Reconcile / balance specific billing transactions (net $0.00 transactions)
• Troubleshoot billing errors
• Communicate with various stakeholders based on business needs.
• Maintain and track communications received through SharePoint tool
• Accurately and timely match printed invoices with supporting documentation for mailing
• Prepare billings packets for mailing
• Process SAP 3rd Party Payments shopping carts based on proof of performance provided
• Research and troubleshoot out of balances between goods receipts and invoice requests
