Sr. Technical Delivery Manager

The primary role and responsibility of this Technical Delivery Lead is to support the sales enablement & technical delivery for Flexible Analytics. This involves work with the following stakeholders (prospects, customers, client executives, account management, proposal development, and the actual delivery teams). This includes the following responsibilities.

Delivery:
·  Provide technical leadership and direction for large Flexible Analytics implementations and ensure project and organizational objectives are accomplished
·  Manage day-to-day technical project activities with select implementations of Flexible Analytics
·  Provide input to and reviews Project Management Plans and Project Schedule, project deliverables, and other project documentation
·  Play Project management advisory role on certain implementations of Flexible Analytics
·  Manage project scope - review changes with the Client Executive then resolve and document those changes with the customer
·  Maintain project issues log
·  Resolve issues
·  Ensure completion of project deliverables
·  Determines resource allocations required to meet project demands, adjusts resource plans and resource assignments as needed to adapt to project changes, ensuring staffing levels align with project schedule and budget
·  Actively engages in leadership decisions that are impactful to the project and ensures overall project success.
·  Determines overall functional design of all system components, functional procedures, program applications, software engineering, and functional documentation
·  Presents the Flexible Analytics technical solution to the client, both business and technical audiences.
·  Works with third party vendors, data sharing partners, and infrastructure teams to integrate the solution
·  Manage client responsibilities and expectations
·  Provide proper communications to the client, management, and team members
·  Identify opportunities for value-added revenue during installation projects and with currently installed clients
·  Manage multiple high visibility accounts
·  Assist Client Executives, where appropriate, with maintaining the client relationship
·  Coordinate product releases as assigned. Work with software development and management to establish release guidelines and general project plans based on the scope of the release
·  Participate in Project Management process improvement initiatives when appropriate
·  Act as a resource for questions related to project management processes and procedures.
Sales Enablement:

·  Develop sales boilerplate associated with various types of Flexible Analytics implementation
·  Develop standard workplans for use in these implementations
·  Create and customize detailed work plan relevant to each opportunity
·  Present implementation-related topics to internal & external stakeholders
·  Participate as needed in sales meetings with the customer
·  Lead development / review of cost model/account plan to support the pricing process – for each opportunity
·  Draft key sections of customer proposal relating to implementation
·  Draft & review assumptions contained within proposals & SOW's
Qualifications:

·  A minimum of 5 years of experience as a senior manager responsible for Delivery and Operation of Data Warehouse, reporting and/or analytic solutions for large implementation projects
·  Proven project management skills in a cross functional environment, leading project teams while managing client relationships
·  PMP certification preferred, with 3 -5 years relevant PM experience
·  In-depth understanding of EDW, reporting and analytic solution development best practices and application development best practices (SDLC methodology)
·  A minimum of 10 years of experience designing, architecting, engineering, delivering, and maintaining large scale software development activities and managing implementation teams
·  Knowledge of query, reporting, database, and analytic business intelligence tools
·  Healthcare industry background preferred; knowledge of healthcare service lines and business issues
·  Solid quantitative data analysis skills preferred. Experience with hospital administrative and clinical data, especially UB 92/04 hospital claims
·  Works well under pressure to meet deadlines with multiple timelines and priorities with reliable and accurate deliverables
·  Detail oriented, with a high level of independent judgment with a strong customer service orientation
·  Strong interpersonal skills, ability to clearly communicate both verbally and in writing
·  Strong knowledge/proficiency of Microsoft Project
·  Understands strategic business goals and financial targets
·  Ability to provide factual, clear and comprehensive instructions orally and in writing, via diagrams and project plans
·  Ability to monitor progress to identify potential deviations from client requirements
·  Self-motivated, detail-oriented team player, while able to work independently and collaboratively with different work groups
·  Ability to travel 10-15% of the time to provide supervision and guidance to team members and attend internal and external meetings
