Position Summary: The Product Owner will be responsible for understanding the product needs within Phytel and designing products that streamline business operations, reduce implementation / configuration / support defects. This position will be responsible for leading innovation on how we do things and the tools we use to do them. The Product Owner works closely with Offering Managers to identify new opportunities and bringing new products to Phytel, leading the process from concept through design and development to implementation. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with proven analytic skills and experience.
Duties to include:
· Successfully release new products and enhancements
· Develop product roadmap and assess new business opportunities• Define product requirements and evaluate technical options
· Work closely with development team and Quality Assurance for on-time delivery of quality products
· Develop Return on Investment (ROI) analysis for products and product impact
· Train internal departments (sales, implementation, client support) to support new product launch
· Assess ongoing product performance and enhancement opportunities
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
· At least 3 years experience in a Product Owner or Product Manager position
· At least 1 year experience in agile development methodologies
· At least 2 years experience in healthcare industry
