IBM Client Innovation Center in Baton Rouge has an immediate opportunity for an experienced, forward thinking Visual Designer with a passion for growth and innovation. Our clients are some of the world's leading companies and the candidate will be part of challenging projects to build and support technical solutions for their needs.

The Visual Designer is responsible for crafting and producing low to high-fidelity wireframes, visual mockups from conception to execution, creating quality layouts and designs that engages a diverse audience, as well as creating a cohesive style guide for use within and across products. Additional responsibilities include selecting colors, stock photos, and text styles that engage a diverse audience and enhances the learning experience, establishing a consistent visual design language for the overall brand identity in line with IBM branding standards and producing media elements (graphics, audio, video), assets, and visual treatments for use across a variety of platforms (e.g. web, mobile, presentations, icons, banners, ecards and print). The Visual Designer will create Wireframes using tools such as Axure, Visual Mockups using tools such as Adobe Photoshop as well as content specific graphics, banners & icons, various illustrations using Adobe Illustrator, videos using Camtasia, ecards, whiteboard animations using tools such as VideoScribe, animations, PowerPoint Templates.

The IBM Client Innovation Center is an in-bound delivery model where we support our clients from our Baton Rouge, LA center. However, some travel is expected and all candidates must be willing and able to travel to meet our client needs across the US. Travel is typically related to knowledge transfer and integration with on-site teams. The candidate is expected to travel at least 50% of the time. No remote opportunities exist.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

At least TWO years of experience in:
·  Crafting and producing low to high-fidelity wireframes, visual mockups from conception to execution.

·  Creating Banners and Icons

·  Creating PowerPoint Templates At least ONE year of experience in:
·  Audio editing using tools such as Adobe Audition, Audacity
·  Creating Whiteboard animation videos using tools such as VideoScribe
·  Creating Animations using tools such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Edge, Adobe Animate etc.
