We are seeking a Video Producer to actively lead campaign content for Business Unit campaigns. Do you have what it takes? About the Role
The Video Producer will partner with the Executive Producer, branded content producing team, and subject matter experts to create original, digitally native branded video that has unique angles, original stories and a look and feel that is native to the assigned brand. An IBM branded Video Producer must have an ability to capture the voice and vibe of the brand. Find, develop, and fast-track original storytelling opportunities based on digital and editorial trends while using analytics, and brand guidelines to deliver content that will have an impact and organically scale.
The Video Producer, Branded Content will report to the Executive Producer, and will collaborate with the IBM Originals team + the Business Units marketing team to execute on innovative video formats. The ideal candidate will have a seasoned track record not only in production but in branded digital video, a keen interest in video trends and social distribution plus an appreciation for a vast range of subjects related to the IBM brands and the clients we work with.
This role is located in IBM offices in New York City, New York.
Must have the ability to work in the US without current/future need for IBM sponsorship.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
· 5+ years of proven video production experience
· Client-facing experience
· Advanced knowledge of analytics, trends and how it impacts client/creative opportunities
· Ability to concept, research, write, and produce ideas for branded digital video
· Thorough knowledge of the RFP, production and delivery process
· Knowledge of the IBM brands and their publishing footprint
· Fluency in digital video branded content trends, digital and social eco-systems
· Ability to execute video creative in the field and in the studio, seamlessly, often relying on only creative references and written treatments
· Ability to partner with sales and creative leadership across programming, strategy, creative development, and product
· Able to collaborate with the video editorial team to identify scalable ideas and opportunities
· Ability to budget and staff projects correctly while also mentoring producing team
