Your Role and Responsibilities

·  Responsible to translate strategic business priorities into an Enterprise Value Framework to address new business initiatives
·  Estimate the opportunity size of business initiatives in line with the Enterprise Value Framework
·  Value Alignment: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and define the value propositions that the organization offers to its customers and stakeholders.
·  Strategic Planning: Work with senior leadership to develop and execute strategies that enhance the organization's ability to create and deliver value.
·  Process Optimization: Identify and streamline operational processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness in value creation and delivery.
·  Resource Allocation: Manage and allocate resources (including personnel, budget, and technology) to support value-focused initiatives.
·  Performance Measurement: Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess the impact of value-related initiatives.
·  Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with the organization's value proposition.
·  Continuous Improvement: Continuously assess and improve value delivery processes and strategies based on feedback and market changes.
·  Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges that may impact value delivery and develop mitigation strategies.
·  Data Analysis: Analyze data and market trends to identify opportunities for enhancing the organization's value proposition.
·  Communication: Effectively communicate the organization's value proposition to internal teams, external partners, and customers.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

·  Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field. A master's degree or relevant certifications may be preferred.
·  Several years of experience in business strategy, operations management, or a similar role.
·  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
·  Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
·  Proficiency in project management and the use of relevant tools and software.
·  Knowledge of industry trends and best practices related to value creation and delivery.
·  Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
