Your Role and Responsibilities
You will create best in class digital products and services, crafting engaging, usable and memorable experiences for customers, consumers, employees, citizens. You will work with cross-functional teams and the Client to understand business objectives, user needs, target customers, technical platforms and capabilities and translate them into a creative concept, design system and detailed visual designs
You’ll immediately contribute to top clients in collaboration with smart people in a dynamic environment. You’ll have the opportunity to master new skills, work across different disciplines and move into new challenges

In your role, you may be responsible for:
• Conduct user research
• Interaction Design and wireframing
• Visual Design, creating delightful concepts and exploring art of the possible, creating mock-ups and prototypes from sketches and wireframes,
• Create storyboards, impactful presentations, data visualizations, and other design artifacts in preparation for client meetings or product development.
• Participate/facilitate design workshops, incorporate input from multiple stakeholders, communicate conceptual ideas and design rationale, outline digital experiences working with front-end development teams.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
• Professional (with maximum 2 years of work seniority) or University-based design experience with a portfolio representing design artifacts and associated projects; Master degree in Design (i.e UX/UI, Interaction, Service, Communication or Graphic)
• Experience working with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), as well as communication and workflow platforms
• A Design mindset, championing a user-centred approach, understanding of the principles and methods for human-centered design including user research, rapid ideation and iteration, prototyping, and user testing.
• A Creative spirit, passionate about creating innovative interfaces that combines brand guidelines and current digital trends.
• Thorough, design-focused, and analytical mindset with the capability to apply logic to solve problems
• Attention to details, that you’ll apply to pixel-perfect, hi-fi mockups
• Ability to conceptualize quickly and present in-progress work for critique
• Ability to work in Atomic Design and Design System environment
• Ability to work independently and in a cross-functional team environment
• Superior organizational, problem solving, and time management abilities
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, storytelling, and prototyping skills
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills both in writing and verbally
• Italian mother language
• Attitude and interest in a Consultant career
• Passion or base experience in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence topics
