Responsibilities

·  Translate concepts into wireframes
·  Lead to intuitive user experiences.
·  Facilitate client's product visions by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping
·  Mocking up user experiences for digital products.
·  Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys
·  Optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
·  Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.
·  Make strategic design and user-experience decisions
·  Take a user-centered design approach
·  Rapidly test and iterate designs.
·  Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.
·  Take smart risks and champion new ideas.

Requirements

·  Less than 1 year of UX/UI design experience.
·  Expertise in UX software such as InVision, UXPin, Balsamiq, Framer.js, Quartz Composer.
·  Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus.
·  Ability to work with clients to understand detailed requirements.
·  Design complete user experiences that meet client needs and vision.
·  Extensive experience in using UX/UI design best practices to design solutions
·  Deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
·  Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently.
·  Effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients.
·  Collaborating and communicating closely with teams and other stakeholders via a distributed model to regularly deliver design solutions for approval.
·  Share knowledge and experience with the team.
·  Be passionate about all things UX/UI and other areas of design and innovation. *This position is open for graduates who has less than 1 year of working experiences only.
