We are on the hunt for a UX Designer and Researcher to join a high performing product squad, and be responsible for the user experience across all stages of product development.

What will I be doing?

·  Conduct research across various forms, to come to a point of view around what we know, where there may be bias and where we still have questions
·  Structure appropriate forms of user research based on the degree of unknowns and lead the product squad through fieldwork, analysis of findings and insight development
·  Provide deliverables, reports, presentations, and videos to document and bring to life insights
·  Oversee the product design process
·  Work with cross-capability teams of UI and Service Designers, Product Engineers, Product Managers and SMEs to create and manage a product’s lifecycle
What skills will I need?
·  Collaborate with stakeholders of all levels
·  Strong communication – both verbal and written
·  Build trust quickly
·  Ability to negotiate and influence
·  Work as part of a collaborative team
What experience do I need?
·  Enterprise Design thinking
·  Human Centre Design
·  Visual Design (advantageous)
·  5+ years as a UX or UI Designer/Customer Experience/Customer Design and Researcher role
·  Consulting experience (advantageous)
·  Blend of both start-up and large organisation experience (preferred)
The successful candidate will be required to present a portfolio of past work, during the interview stage.
