The Public Service Sector consulting practice is a trusted advisor to federal, state and local governments, partnering to meet challenges and responding quickly to citizen demands, business needs, new economic conditions, and changing legislative priorities and policies.

The UX Designer will have the ability to create and maintain a requirement traceability matrix and documentation. Develop strawmen and prototypes, as well as templates for use on CoE projects. Ability to apply common best practices to assess and document business and system requirements, create conceptual business models and identify relevant issues and considerations in selecting business or technical solutions. Assess the operational and functional baseline of an organization and its organizational components, and help to define the direction and strategy for an engagement while ensuring the organizational needs are being addressed

Selected candidates may not need to travel for all projects outside of their metro area. However, all candidates must be able and willing to travel based on assigned project demand.
