About the role:
We are creating a US Satellite location for the Workday CoE to support the Workday integrations to the US Legacy Payroll to include:
Daily Feed, eTotals, EFT/ESPP and BSI. This role will be in Endicott or North Castle, NY
Responsibilities :
· You will use your understanding of Workday integration to US Payroll to handle complex issues, conduct systems analysis and manage transformation for US payroll activities.
· Lead Payroll projects involving strategy, implementation support, related to operations, processes, security, and data integrity for payroll Workday applications
· Provide functional support for leveraging and optimizing the use of Workday HR/Payroll and other HR systems
· Manage and negotiate the priority of requests
· Lead and manage the execution of all payroll system project initiatives, including working with the payroll services team to establish appropriate priorities. Evaluate and recommend optimal technology solutions.
· Manage a team of Systems Analysts; direction, development and performance management
· Assist with resolving questions, escalations, and recommend changes in the areas of HR, Payroll Services

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
· Minimum of 3 years of working experience in HR process
· Minimum of 3 years of experience with Payroll
· Working socially leveraging WIKI, Connections (key tenant – Work out Loud)
