Job description
Description: Server Management unit provides support for the base operating system on servers by implementing standard OS parameter configuration and version levels. These services include providing support of the Operating System configuration and associated file systems, log files, processes, problem determination, problem resolution, software, administration tools, utilities, security, and hardware. Administrative tools are installed to allow support to be provided locally or from a remote location. Standard problem & change control processes are followed.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
I. AIX
Knowledge of AIX 5.3/6.1/7.1;
Virtualization: LPARs, WPARs, Virtual I/O Server, HMC;
AIX Logical Volume Manager;
PowerHA 5.x, 6.1.
II. Linux
Knowledge of RHEL/SUSE;
Linux LVM;
VMWare ESX is a plus.
III. Pureflex
Manage the Hardware through the FSM.
Scripting
Server Build through the FSM.

Eligibility Requirements
Required Tool Skills1.Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) 2.SailPoint 3.Xceedium Password Management Vault 4.Oracle Entitlements Server (OES) 5.CyberArk, Support will include Level II support defined as support taking up to 30-60 minutes and uses a Knowledge-base to resolve the issue and most Level III resolutions which can take greater than 60 minutes to resolve and can be performed independently. Level III support would include working with vendors/manufacturers to complete some resolutions.
