Job description
Your role as Sales Representative within Technology Support Services (TSS), is closely aligned to IBM's strategic focus on Cloud and Hybrid Cloud. In this role, you will address client needs for operational simplicity and availability tied to their journey to cloud by offering Support and Maintenance solutions for multi-vendor infrastructure (HW and SW) - during and prior to the actual transaction to Cloud. You will own a specific set of territories and accounts, and develop account strategies. You are expected to take active initiative to build a robust sales lead pipeline in your territory, act as a trusted advisor to our clients and lead engagement towards succesfull proposal sales closure.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Strong seller skills and experience both in relationship and "cold" canvassing, basic IT understanding especially around HW and SR support requirements. Stong knowledge with selling to at least one industry segment or several large accounts on infrastructure solutions & programs. Strong knowledge with other brands (Cisco, Juniper, HP, Lenovo, various Open SW brands etc) on their maintenance and support programs.
