Currently we are looking for Transition and Transformation Project Manager.

Main duties:
This role is responsible for managing projects and programs in complex environment. T&T Project Manager is required to work closely with the customer, suppliers and to lead project team to deliver medium size and large Transition & Transformation projects. The project manager has an overall responsibility for managing scope, cost, schedule and contract deliverables, according to the project charter or contract. The individual works within a matrix organization and lead a cross functional team in developing and implementing project deliverables, with an emphasis on quality, productivity, and consistency. T&T Project Manager is expected to successfully apply techniques of planning, tracking, change control and risk management as well as is able to provide day to day direction to the project team and regular project status to the client.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Required Technical and Professional Expertise:
·  3+ years Project Management and/or Program Management experience in IT global environment
·  Strong customer/ 3rd party management skills
·  Leadership skills and proven experience in building and managing virtual IT teams
·  Understanding of contracts
·  Excellent communication & presentations skills (oral & written)
·  Ability to collaborate across organizational boundaries and motivate others
·  Comfortable with multitasking and working under pressure with time constraints
·  Fluent/very good English and French or German or Italian
