IBM Security Managed Security Services (MSS) is looking for Threat Monitoring Analyst in Wroclaw X-Force Command Center.
Threat Monitoring Analysts are individual contributors working either on a customer premise or within the IBM GDC SOC.
The Threat Monitoring Analysts are responsible for providing IT security services to clients within the IBM Security Managed Security Services organization. As a member of a team, or working independently, perform an analytical and technical role in delivery of security services.

Responsibilities:
·  Analyze events, flows, alerts and advance analysis of potential security incidents based on various technologies and vendors in ex. SIEM, MIPS, MIDS, FWs
·  Use Artificial Intelligence in daily analysis as part of XForce Threat Management strategy
·  Correlate events and find tuning opportunities to have a healthy environment on customer's console
·  Make recommendations to clients about increasing security
·  Analyze traffic trends across customer base for large trends
·  Report Security Events and make customer escalations based on traffic analysis
·  Work with client to help remediate and answer questions regarding security events
·  Identify trends in traffic and make recommendations to clients based on trends
·  Develop and deliver customer presentation regarding security and enhancing their security posture
·  Work with Vendors and R&D teams to address new threats
·  Stay abreast of current and upcoming threats
·  Participate in regular meetings with teams to determine appropriate actions required to address new developing Security Threats
·  Work with customers during crisis times to help mitigate the crisis and better client security posture to ensure crisis does not occur again
·  Identify trends in traffic and make recommendations to clients based on trends The work is in mode 7x24 so candidate must be ready to work in such shift model.
