Your Role and Responsibilities
Who you are:
·  Testing all aspects of the product/system including function/component, system, performance, regression and service
·  Work with development team to identify and capture test cases, and ensure version management
·  Setting up of test environments, designing test plans, developing test cases/scenarios/usage cases, and executing these cases
·  Providing feedback on usability and serviceability, trace the result to quality risk and report it to concerned people in development
·  Build the Test Automation suite for product using industry standard Automation tools/technologies What you’ll do:
As a Test Engineer, you will
·  Understand the requirements and write test scenarios / test cases.
·  Perform in depth product testing both from UI and backend.
·  Design, develop and maintain Automation Framework and scripts
·  Take ownership of test status reporting, tracking work assigned to test team.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

·  2+ years of Experience in testing and Automating Web Applications / Large Enterprise Applications.
·  Excellent knowledge in testing skills (write test scenarios and test cases, executing test cases, opening defects, verifying defects)
·  Strong in Testing concepts. Good understanding of SDLC Test and Defect Life Cycle
·  Expertise in any one of the object oriented programming languages preferably Java
·  Excellent Knowledge of Automation tools like Selenium, Cypress and various automation frameworks
·  Excellent verbal and written communication skills
·  Ability to use a wide variety of open source automation technologies and tools
·  Demonstrated Analytical skills and decision-making ability, attention to details and a strong test aptitude
·  Ability to work in a team as well as an individual contributor
·  Ability to work under pressure and maintain deadlines

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

·  Experience in Agile development methodologies and processes.
·  Experience in test management tools like JIRA, TestRail, Jenkins
·  Experience in RDBMS and SQL queries
·  Knowledge of Data Security domain
