Who you are:

The System Integrators Lab is a global mission based out of ISL and comprises a team of Architects, Specialists, Solution managers, Program managers across all IBM Software capabilities. The lab is focused on engaging with the Global System Integrators in a programmatic approach, with a goal of building their capability through joint Go-to-Market solutions using IBM's latest technologies.

What you'll do:
·  Interact with partner Technical leadership teams to prioritize Industry and Technology focus areas and come up with innovative solutions/repeatable patterns leveraging IBM's Data/AI and Cloud capabilities.
·  Ability to understand and analyze Business problem and map it to technical environments and analytical platforms. Interface with partner teams and their clients and capture solution requirements, both functional and non-functional.
·  Ability to articulate the pros and cons of different platforms and technologies and also have a view on competitive offerings.
·  Ability to lead the development of end-end solution outline via architecture and solution design artifacts.
·  Provide pre sales support to progress partner client opportunities through joint proof of concepts, product briefings, RFP proposals and inputs to sizing exercises related to software, hardware and services.
·  Identify, plan and lead the execution of programmatic enablement for partner teams around the technology focus areas. Conduct webinars, face to face workshops and address product queries to accelerate adoption.
·  Facilitate as the main technical liaison by collaborating across the various stakeholders like IBM Offering teams, GSI Lab technology practice teams, Sales, Tech Sales, Partner tech leads and sellers.
·  Innovate and come up with new solutions/accelerators or enablement content, which can support faster adoption of IBM offerings by the partner.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

·  Overall 10+ years of Industry work experience.
·  Knowledge and experience in some of the key AI platforms like IBM Watson.
·  Experience in one or more of the following AI technologies:
·  Machine/Deep Learning – machine learning algorithms and platforms, neural network
·  Language – Natural Language Processing, machine translation, emotion detection, language detection, classification
·  Vision – computer vision, object recognition/tracking, OCR/handwriting recognition
·  Sound – audio processing, speech to text, text to speech, emotion detection, language detection
·  AI solutions – Virtual Agents, Robotic Process Automation, intelligent case processing, Video Analytics, intelligent search, ontologies/knowledge representations.
·  Knowledge of Cloud, SaaS, IBM Cloud Pak for Data, Watson and On-Prem offerings, pricing and architectural differences.
·  Understanding and knowledge of Open technologies stack like IBM Open Platform of IBM Big Insights, Hadoop, Spark,etc

·  Has prior experience in working on production level topologies and environments.
