Your Role and Responsibilities
IBM is seeking to fill a technical product manager position inside the IBM security product management team. The successful candidate will operate in an innovative, dynamic and highly technical environment, working side-by-side with experienced professionals towards a common goal.
As a technical product manager you will be responsible for managing product requirements, product defects and feature enhancements. You will also be involved in the coding, automation and client support across all levels of the product development lifecycle. This includes working alongside DevOps, SRE and Security teams as part of your daily tasks. You will also help to manage sandbox trial and demo system enablement of the IBM Security solutions.
You will work closely with product owners, architects, release managers and the wider engineering teams. You will also indirectly support other teams, such as sales and business partners. You will be required to proactively seek opportunities for innovation that can positively impact IBM process and products.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
· At least 3-5 years working in a technical role
· Be a self-starter
· Project debugging
· Back-end and front-end development experience.
· Strong knowledge of JAVA programming
· JavaScript/JSON/Graph technologies
· Rest services
