What is Extreme Blue?
Extreme Blue is IBM's premier internship program. Our intern teams are tasked to develop the technology and business plan for a new product or service that addresses an existing marketing challenge.
It is the most fast paced place in IBM! You will get to interact with the brightest and smartest students both technical and business on a given innovative technology that will make IBM's products better in the market place.
We are looking for a new technical lead in our Austin lab.
Your role will include:
· Leveraging your broad technical skills (IT, Software, Project Management) to help guide teams of interns in a STEM project that will be presented to IBM executives
· Leading top talent on innovative and strategic projects from concept to completion on short agile cycles in order to solve a customer pain point, prove the market for a new technology, work on a challenge that a team wants to incubate, but simply does not have the bandwidth to take on that challenge
· Owning a relationship with at least one campus, where it is key that we increase our mindshare and recruiting footprint for Extreme Blue and IBM.
· Contributing to our hiring strategy by identifying and interviewing top talented students helping in our continued mission to bring the best and brightest to IBM.
· Exhibiting passion for relentlessly learning, transforming and leveraging new technologies in the cloud, social and mobile spaces

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
· At least 2 years experience working with people and projects in a fast paced environment.
· At least 2 years experience with programming languages or testing
· At least 1 year experience in an agile environment
