Do you have what it takes to be a Technical Consultant with one of the hottest Technology Services organizations in the market?
We have an exciting opportunity for a Technology Consultant to understand customer's IT deployments and map them to an IBM Cloud Resiliency Orchestration solution, providing product implementation and support, and supporting onsite DR drills as needed. You will have the opportunity to conduct field customizations of IBM Cloud Resiliency Orchestration products to meet customer requirements, working closely with Level 1 or Level 2 support teams and customers to understand issues, perform detailed debugging, and suggesting work arounds to get the customer up and running.
With up to 3 years hands on experience in Unix (Solaris/Aix/HPUX/Linux), Windows, and databases (e.g. Oracle, Sybase, DB2, MS-SQL, or MYSQL), and a strong understanding of IT related to Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and Disaster Recovery (DR), you will be comfortable in a customer facing consulting role as well as conversing with Level 1 or Level 2 support teams to understand issues, perform detailed debugging, and suggest work arounds.
