Your Role and Responsibilities
As an Associate Consultant you will work directly with our clients on key initiatives. You will have the opportunity to build an in-depth understanding of their business issues and implement organizational strategies that drive adoption of change. As a Talent Transformation Associate you will be part of a team focused on solving business and/or technological challenges, while always placing people in the centre. You will help design brand new employee experiences in order to improve the ways of working from our clients. You will advise top clients on their HR and integrated talent strategies, reconfigure the way they operate, support their moves towards new operating models and help them throughout their digital transition journeys, supported by IBM’s top exponential technologies and digital ecosystems. From initial assessments to support for HR outsourcing, you will have opportunity to learn many facets of the consulting journey.
We focus on technology as an enabler for transformation, and you will have the opportunity to touch many aspects of the talent framework.
Within your role as an Associate Talent Transformation Consultant, you will:
• Build solutions that support the HR vision for the future at our clients, supporting areas such as HRIS integration, HR Data and Analytics, Talent Development, HR business process design, enterprise change management, and HR BPO (cross multiple workstreams)
• Help Clients identify business issues and together with your team members, recommend organization change strategy solutions to drive business value.
• Build the new organization design, behaviours and the change strategies to ensure successful implementation.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
• Degree in any of the following domains: Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Human Science & Tech, Psychology, Marketing, HR, Innovation & Transformation, Business Analytics, Computer Science
• We welcome recent graduates with maximum 1 year of work experience and final-year students with less than 6 months of studies left.
• Willingness to travel up to 2 days a week, to clients in NL, depending on business demand
• Fluent in Dutch and English with strong communication skills both in writing and verbally
•. Eligible to work in the Netherlands and European Union without any restriction.
