The Talent Network Consultant will manage the redeploying payrollees and brokering available and newly referred external talent for contingent opportunities.
Responsibilities:
· Deliver on annual cost savings targets by redeploying talent. Goal in year one is to convert 25 workers into new contingent assignments
· Act as conduit for Talent to Corning FlexForce Program
· Function as a contingent labor expert within Talent Acquisition
· Redeploy payroll contingent workers against new work orders
· Function as an intermediary for managing those sources and turning them into payrolled contingent workers
· Manage processing (communication, screening) of newly referred candidates
· Complete vetting of referred candidates and when appropriate, shortlist them to open job postings
· Ensure proper entry of referred candidates, shortlisting, interviews and hires, via Fieldglass

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
· At least 2 years of experience in functional recruitment best practices in advanced recruitment (not high volume or retail recruitment)
· At least 2 years of experience with computers, including in-depth internet knowledge and working proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet, and database applications
· High School Diploma / GED
· 10% Travel Annually
· Fluency in English
