About the Role
The IBM Talent Acquisition Sourcer (TAS) is responsible for sourcing and qualifying candidates in the area of Business Consulting. As a Talent Acquisition Sourcer, you will be instrumental in cultivating and maintaining relationships with premium candidates to deliver upon both immediate and forecasted hiring needs. As a TAS, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining long term networks to be leveraged for future IBM opportunities. TAS will utilize traditional sourcing strategies as well as identify and develop innovative recruitment approaches. This position plays a critical role in ensuring a high-quality talent pipeline is available at all times for IBM opportunities. This role includes the capability to develop, execute against, and assess the productivity of numerous search strategies to deliver a quality, diverse candidate pipeline across emerging technologies. In addition to pipeline generation, the TAS will gather and maintain market intelligence including skill and resource availability, price points and knowledge of competitive companies in order to influence resource plans.

Responsibilities
·  Define sourcing strategies based on required skills, roles and locations.
·  Source, engage and qualify active and passive candidates.
·  Partner with Business Leaders and Talent Acquisition Partner to ensure adequate pipeline levels to meet current and anticipated demand.
·  Build on previous recruiting experience with demonstrated expertise to source passive candidates using innovative sourcing approaches.
·  Identify and execute candidate generation strategies, proactively researching and assessing new recruitment methodologies.
·  Conduct external benchmarking to understand competitive recruiting landscape and influence best practices with team and stakeholders.
·  Participate in and help drive diversity recruiting strategies to attract a diverse workforce.
·  Build and maintain market intelligence knowledge base of competitive companies for Consultancy practices.
·  Utilize social media to market roles, attract talent and build online communities of target candidates.
·  Conduct initial screens to qualify candidates and sell the IBM opportunity.
·  Effectively utilize ATS and CRM tools in order to capture metrics for all recruiting activities.
·  Meet/exceed key recruiting performance metrics.
