Job description
Responsibilities:
· End-to-end Position management
· Screening of incoming applications
· Updating position and candidate statuses in HR tools
· Conducting pre-screening interviews via phone
· Scheduling face to face interviews for hiring managers
· Proactive sourcing of candidates and pipeline generation
· Cooperating with fellow recruiters on identifying the best recruitment sources (i.e. job boards, social media, & new recruitment technologies, etc.)
· Set and execute sourcing strategy on specific hiring projects
· Conduct comprehensive market and competitor's analysis upon request
· Strong cooperation with Recruitment and other HR teams
· Managing recruitment projects
· Leading weekly hiring meetings with relevant Business units
· Coordinating the work of the allocated sourcing specialist in order to satisfy the BU hiring needs
· Creating ad-hoc recruitment reports
· Representing IBM on job fairs, university events
· Organizing recruitment events and strengthening the ISSC/IBM image from an employer branding perspective
· Stakeholder management with the relevant BU's hiring managers
· Keep regular contact with recruitment agencies
· Sharing process improvement ideas with Recruitment Manager #HJ19EU
