Who you are:
· Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible For all recruiting and staffing programs and activities related to the attraction, selection, Hiring and on-boarding of talent into IBM as well as partnering with IBM managers to help build a workforce with those critical skills needed to move the business forward.
· You will also be responsible for ensuring talent processes comply with appropriate business controls or initiating/maintaining immigration statuses.
· You will be providing work direction, guiding employees on various processes and acting as a point of critical issue for team members. You will focus on individual/team objectives and development of professional effectiveness.
What you will do:
· Develop a validated working relationship with the Hiring Manager.
· Provide advice and counsel on job descriptions.
· Execute sourcing strategies to create a diverse applicant pool for management consideration.
· Conduct in-depth resume/candidate review and screening.
· Pre-qualify applicant for consideration, and exercise professional discernment in matters related to the aspirants and hiring manager relationship.
· Relationship building with applicant and management.
· Building positive relationships across BUs, managers and applicants.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
· Minimum 2+ years of experience Talent Acquisition domain in IT industry
· Demonstrated knowledge and experience in full life cycle recruitment.
· Experience in variety of recruitment tools and technologies.
· Ability to prioritize rapidly changing demands in order to deliver results to all customers
