The University Recruitment Associate/Coordinator provides a wide range of administrative services in support of GBS Recruitment Strategy. Should be technically proficient, able to work independently, flexible, adaptable, self-motivated and a team player. Should be able to work effectively in a moderately complex and demanding environment while maintaining a professional attitude and demeanor. As business needs dictate, incumbent is responsible for providing either local or remote support as needed.

Proficient in use of various recruiting applications, software and web applications to perform daily administrative activities and assist Recruiting Partners and Recruiting Managers.

Adheres to IBM guidelines and procedures. Creates and revises documents and charts as required.

Embraces a continuous learning environment to enhance personal and technical skills to meet requirements.

Manages multiple projects and while decisive and exercising sound business judgment. Supports the needs of multiple Recruiting Partners.

Handles travel arrangements, travel expenses and handles business and vendor expense reconciliations. Understands business expense challenges/guidelines and monitors them in relation to travel and other areas. Works with travel and events coordination vendors.

Organizes, prioritizes and maintains work flow to meet requirements.

Participates in team activities to develop processes/procedures to improve business operations. Develop recruiting organization insight by learning the organization, operations and key personnel.

Proficient in use of the Intranet/Internet to access data in support of daily tasks/activities.

Assumes additional responsibilities as assigned.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

·  Bachelor's Degree or equivalent additional years of education and experience.
·  Minimum of 2 years supporting Talent Acquisition efforts Additional relevant experience is a bonus.
·  Excellent organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple demands without missing deadlines.
·  Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively in meetings, email and in formal discussions.
·  Must be willing to travel +/-10%.
