Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Knowledge and Skills Requirement:
·  A Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline; or equivalent work experience
·  3+ years experience with integration of enterprise solutions involving Collaboration, Portals, Enterprise Search and Enterprise Content Management (ECM)
·  Minimum 5 years of experience in the administration of SharePoint Search (2013/2016/2019).
·  Expert at creating, modifying, and maintaining SharePoint Search topologies, including Hybrid Search and Cloud SSA.
·  Experience creating and modifying PowerShell scripts and in an on-premise SharePoint environment.
·  Proficient knowledge of Networking, Firewall, DNS, Load Balancers, Active Directory, Windows Server, IIS and SQL Server.
·  Working understanding of networking/LAN/WAN/DMZ concepts.
·  Experience with performance monitoring tools such as App Dynamics, Splunk, Microsoft System Center Operations Manager used to provide insight and configuration details, used to enhance the SharePoint environment.
