System Z Hardware Developer Program Manager

Introduction
Program Manager to drive System z New Technology Introduction Programs (e.g. Early Support Programs) for the IBM Systems z platform with focus on High End and Mid-range systems.

Your Role and Responsibilities
Responsible to work with Internal/External customers in the EMEA market, the hardware Development team and Product Management (Brand) by focusing on client experience while verifying product launch readiness through ESPs. The role will also interface with IBM Account teams and have direct contact with customers about their technology/product requirements to help influence changes to the product and technology offerings before General Availability.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Candidate must have very strong project management skills and deep knowledge of System z hardware and manufacturing / fulfillment processes. The candidate must also have excellent leadership skills, very high comprehension of the English language, and strong teaming / client aptitude. Candidate will be required to manage multiple organizational input from Sales, Brand, Client Care, Lab Services, Technical Advocates, Manufacturing, Test, Supply Chain, and Development. Candidate will be required to work with European Clients 6 to 7 hours ahead with Time Zone change (start 3-4AM Central Time).
