Introduction
System Services Representatives are the primary technical interface to clients for the coordination of hardware and software support and delivery of operational services. Sound pretty important? Absolutely! You will advise clients of preventive maintenance, configuration, operation and environmental factors which may drastically impact product performance or impair the client's IT operation.
Your Role and Responsibilities
In the role of System Services Representative, you will be accountable to ensure a high level of client satisfaction with service delivery, technical support, and operational services for the clients. You will be the primary technical interface to clients for the coordination of hardware support.
Your main duties will include:
- Problem solving (mostly within the hardware area)
- Repair actions of hardware for IBM and Multi-Vendor systems
- Remote Technical Support
- Field Service Delivery
- Installation, maintenance and repair of IBM and Multi-Vendor systems
- Creating new services opportunities
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
· Technical oriented education
· Knowledge of PC, Laptop, disk storage, server, SAN, tape, network environment or similar
· Good communications skills
· Team player attitude
· Driving license B
· English in speaking, writing, listening at least level B1
· Fluent Polish
· Capability to participate in 24/7 service delivery structure
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
· Knowledge of Lenovo, HP, Dell, Cisco, Juniper, IBM, EMC, ADVA or similar equipment
· Experience in service delivery within above products
· Experience within customer service delivery oriented role
