Your Role and Responsibilities
A sneak peek into this role:
As a Supplier Enablement Consultant, You will play a pivotal role to support our client's suppliers registration and enablement in the purchasing environment.
Why you’ll love your job:

You will work afternoon shift from 12:00 to 8:30 pm CET
·
You will pull and analyze supplier data for the Cluster countries Reconcile supplier contact and ordering emails against recent transactions
·
You will keep close contact with suppliers and provide guidance for processes
·
You will coordinate with the catalog content team
·
You will perform match analysis with SAP Business Network
·
You will initiate change enablement (Project Notification Letter, Trading Relationship Request, etc.)
·
You will host supplier summits, and trainings
·
You will manage escalation process for non-conforming suppliers
·
You will have the opportunity to use your excellent communication and interpersonal skills as
·
You will confirm supplier readiness
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
What you will bring to the team:
·
English: fluent (Second foreign language is not mandatory but it is an advantage)
·
Afternoon shift: working hours 12:00 to 8:30 pm CET
·
Ability to manage sub-project plan
·
Working as the face of the client with SAP Ariba and supplier (Prior Ariba experience not mandatory but an advantage)
·
Ability to resolve and escalate issues
·
Client facing communication skills, client-focused mindset
·
Reliable, precise, efficient, well organized, ability to meet strict deadlines
·
Motivated (need to get the work completed successfully and accurately each day)
·
Capable of achieving the goals under pressure
·
Good at teamwork
·
Strong written and verbal communication skills
