The Social Media manager is responsible for coordinating and executing IBM's social media strategy as well as working across key social media channels including Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn. The role offers you total immersion into a Nordic team working on a global strategy with a local approach.
Besides key members of the Nordic Marketing team you will be working with the Nordic Social Media Strategist and 3 colleagues in the four Nordic countries. The role will be instrumental in developing our social media presence and gaining visibility for our brand among existing and potential clients based on our global Social Media strategy.
Our future Social Media Manager is a highly motivated, creative individual with some experience within social media execution and a passion for connecting with current and future customers. That passion comes through as she/he/they engages with customers on a daily basis, with the ultimate goal of:
· Turning fans into customers.
· Turning customers into advocates.
· Turning IBM´ers in to #proudIBMers.
Responsibilities :
· Assisting the streamlining our social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube), ensuring uniform content and tone of voice for graphics, video and other elements within the communities.
· Monitoring of engagement and direct customer contact via platforms.
· Leverage social intelligent listening to build a pipeline of leads using social/digital tools and platforms (we use Sprinklr).
· Craft communications video broadcasting, filming and curating of publications, digital/social/editorial content.
· Help explore influencer marketing.
· Assist in event planning and execution within social media coverage.
Requirements :
· Good written (story telling style) and verbal communication in both English and Danish with good time management and organisational skills.
· Some prior experience of writing/publication.
· Familiar with MS suit, Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premier Pro, InDesign), usage of cameras and microphones.
· Design/video editing skills for social media content.
· Willingness to learn and the ability to communicate ideas clearly in a team.
· Strong sense of responsibility towards work and a team player.
