Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Subject Matter Expert (SME), the FlashSystem Sales Rep. is responsible for maintaining in-depth knowledge of the IBM Storage FlashSystem solutions and competitive solutions.
· Actively engage with clients to develop the trust and credibility to help them grow their businesses by solving strategic and tactical business problems.
· Use business acumen to understand internal and external customer requirements. This includes technical and competitive landscape.
· Collaborate with IBM Technical and Services teams to define, design, and detail the aspects and feasibility of FlashSystem offerings.
· Work with the technical team to deliver effective Proof of Concept (POC), Proof of Technology (POT), in support of critical situations.
· Work with the Business Partner and IBM Sales Teams to develop opportunity pipeline.
Preferred Location: Midwest Region.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
· Strong understanding of Cyber Resilience.
· Security Software experience.
