Who you are:

As an Storage Administrator, you will be involved in L2 and L3 level Storage Management services and product support for various EMC Storage Arrays - namely Clarion, Symmetrix, and DMX, supported storage solutions across various accounts. Also, you also would be involved in providing support to IBM SAN, NETAPPS, Hitachi, HP SAN Boxes, and Switches

What you'll do:
·  You will maintain and manage various storage solutions.
·  Provide L2 and L3 level technical support, guidance and direction for products supported.
·  Ensure integrity of the supported environment.
·  Actively and pre-emptively determine possible faults and causes by the execution of pre-determined health and operational checks.
·  Manage and resolve problems identified by system administrators or monitoring software's and work with change and problem management tools
·  Liaison with third party vendors and carry fault detection of Hardware's / software's
·  Liaise with customer accounts as required
·  Analyze and resolve escalated problems within a target time frame.
·  Investigate, identify and document proposals that will improve application recoverability.
·  Document and implement changes as per the defined technical standards.
·  Ensure change and problem management targets results are beyond expectations
·  Ensure that customer satisfaction levels are exceeded

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

·  2+ years of experience in EMC, IBM, Netapps, Hitachi, and HP SAN Boxes.
·  Proven experience in the ability to carry out L2 and L3 activities.
·  Should have proven exposure on Enterprise storage.
·  Ability to pick up new areas and work on a Consultant Profile as well.
·  Work with team members and provide timely guidance as and when required.
