Join the IBM InfoSphere Data Replication team as we continue to lead the industry in near-real-time data replication, transformation, and integration technologies. Our group continues to have a small company feel where the candidate's contribution shows through, while at the same time has the support of the larger IBM development community and access to some of the most talented software professionals in the world, SVL, Toronto and ISL with CDL.

IBM InfoSphere Data Replication is a near-real-time change data capture and replication solution developed and deployed across most major operating systems, databases, flat-files and Java Message Service (JMS) message queues. Also expanding the scope to replicating between RDBMS & big data platform. We are continuing to push the envelope with our high-performance change data capture solutions and require developers to help fuel our success.

Required Responsibilities

* Developing new product trouble shooting tools, primarily in Java
* Creating scenarios and introducing innovation ideas to enhance product performance and quality
* Interacting with real users to diagnose and address product issues

Desired Skills

* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology
* At least 1 years Real-world practical experience with JavaScript, CSS, HTML
* Basic knowledge on REACT/E-Chart/Jersey
* Experience with operating systems
* Understanding of database usage, experience on MongoDB is a plus
* Proven problem-solving skills
* Self-motivation and willingness to learn
* Proven verbal and written communications skill

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

1. Have basic J2EE or .NET knowledge and skills, have experience on AIX/Linux or Windows command execution and script programming
2. Special Project position requirement for the candidate: Understand application setup knowledge on the AIX/Linux or Wintel platform, and related Middleware （WAS, MQ, JBoss, DB, etc） system and experienced some projects about this area, such as: upgrade for EOL/EOS, application revamp.
