Software Developer, IBM Corporation, Atlanta, GA: Develop mobile applications on Android platform. Write interfaces for backend web services. Develop code and unit tests. Participate in peer code review. Create integration tests to validate application integration with backend. Fix continuous integration build. Work with other developers to provide consistency across platforms. Ensure feasibility of tasks and user stories. Participate in team-wide instruction and presentations. Utilize debugging, application programming interfaces (API's), Android software development kit, Agile software development, Java, and JUnit. Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Computer Applications, or related (employer will accept three (3) years of post-secondary study plus one (1) year of IT experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree) and two (2) years of experience as an Engineer, Programmer Analyst, or related. Two (2) years of experience must include utilizing debugging, API's, Android software development kit, Agile software development, Java, and JUnit. Full time. G501.
