The Client Services job is a post-sales role designed to orient and educate new customers to the SoftLayer environment and their solution. The Client Services Representative will contact new customers, discuss their SoftLayer solution with them, conduct portal demonstrations and develop customer educational content.
Responsibilities will include:
• Onboard customers within their first 120 days.
• Proactively contact and communicate with customer.
• Develop customer education content.
• Assist customers with SoftLayer orientation.
• Provides customers with technical product advice during post-sales discussions.
Candidate Requirements:
• Mandatory to have fluent language skills in Japanese. Preferable to also have any of the following languages as well: Arabic, German, Italian, Portuguese or Spanish.
• Must be able to demonstrate previous proven sales, negotiation, communication and problem solving skills in a technology field.
• Demonstrated written, verbal and presentation skills.
· Demonstrated ability to communicate technical concepts in articulate manner.
• Demonstrated customer service and technical experience.
• Demonstrated written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
