Job description

Responsible for Managing and coordinating integrated delivery teams for the account and client
Responsible for acting as the primary contact between DPE and the delivery support organization work with DPE, PE and client to understand requirements Support the DPE and PE as the service delivery advocate mange cost of delivery by looking at better ways to provide service in the cost efficient manner
Provide technical direction to delivery teams in support of the service changes and critical system recovery. Be client visible and provide E2E delivery of an integrated service for client and account team,
Promote and implement IBM standards and best practices, as the foundation fo service for the client
Monitor and manage SLA performance, and report potential exposures in a timely manner
Proactively monitor problem and change process, and manage, issues, alerts as needed to ensure the quality of service lead delivery to deliver agreed client delivery plan, for their service
Oversee system security and compliance regulations in support of the client environment

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

·  Min. 2 years IT Project Management experience (preferable in an infrastructure environment)
·  IT infrastructure projects experience (storage, networking, servers, virtualization, databases, high availability, disaster recovery, backup/restore, data center, IT infrastructure security
·  Project team management or Service Integration Leader experience
·  Strong customer management skills
·  Ability to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment
·  Positive and professional attitude
·  Professional and Business English speaking and writing
·  Excellent time management, organization & communication skills
·  Leadership skills, proactive way of working, and can-do approach
·  Attention to details & quality focus
·  Analyzing and problem-solving skills
·  Ability to work in a virtual, dynamic, and multicultural environment
·  Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
