Job description
We are currently looking for ServiceNow CMDB SME . Main tasks and responsibilities will include:
· To configure the CMDB and related tools like Identification and Reconciliation Engine, CMDB Health
· To configure ServiceNow platform in the scope of CMDB module like forms, new attributes, scripts
· To analyze external data sources and align with CMDB expected content
· To build integrations between CMDB and external systems
· To participate in defining CMDB standard processes
· To define CMDB data model suitable meeting business needs and available data sources
· To preparing documentation of deployed CMDB configuration
· To conduct tests of CMDB tools and integrations.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
· Working knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, mainly with CMDB
· Experience in uploading data from discovery tool database to CMDB database
· Good knowledge of CMDB class structure, relationship model and supporting tools
· Good knowledge of Identification and Reconciliation process and configuration
· Understanding of CMDB Health factors, measuring them and remediating issues
· Understanding of CMDB automatic population tools: Discovery and Service Mapping
· Good knowledge of data sources & transform maps
· Strong relational database / SQL knowledge
· Basic network infrastructure active elements knowledge
· Good proficiency in English.

· Understanding of the Domain separation in ServiceNow
· Understanding of discovery process and tools
