Introduction
As an IBM Application Architect, you directly help clients transform their business and solve complex problems. You will define the scope and vision for projects that deliver customized solutions using your knowledge of IBM platforms. You are a technical leader, serving as a liaison among business partners, technical resources, and project stakeholders.
Your Role and Responsibilities
As a ServiceNow Architect, in a fast-growing team within IBM Consulting, you'll serve as a leader in defining solutions for clients. You'll be the advocate for the client while guiding the technical team to implementation.
ServiceNow solution architects serve as the conduit between businesses and technology. You will use your analytical and problem-solving skills, to craft adaptable, comprehensive suites appropriate for each client.
Your primary responsibilities include:
• Working with a multi-disciplinary team to design technical solutions required to support business transformations and articulating proposed solutions in business terms demonstrating technical effectiveness (mainly in Configuration and maintenance services for ServiceNow IT function)
• Supporting the solution development, advise on business processes, and delivery of ServiceNow implementations which may include the use of: SDLC/SCRUM, experience in Web Technologies like XML, HTML and Web Services, and knowledge of technical components such as LDAP, VPN and SSL.
• Managing or executing specific project deliverables and scope to ensure project schedules & timelines are respected.
• Have architectural oversight to provide solutions, technical guidance and functional specifications based on business requirements.
• Leads the team to build ServiceNow strategy based Value versus effort and prepare cost-benefit model and inputs to ROI analysis.
• You'll be able to expand your ServiceNow knowledge base
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
We are looking for a client-facing professional in ServiceNow with:
· Knowledge and/or experience in business and technical skills related to ServiceNow IT, plus service management, ITSM, ITIL process expect, analyze Client Business process.
· Experience with :
· workflow automation platforms and technologies, with ServiceNow.
· developing analysis, presentations, and support material to successfully implement strategy or change initiatives, in a client-facing environment
· leading project teams that help customers solve their most complex business problems through creative thinking and seeking innovative solutions
