Currently we are looking for candidates for the Service Delivery Manager with French job position. It is a highly independent, client-facing role. Service Delivery Manager will be the primary contact between the account management team and the delivery support organization. Will be an integral part of the account planning and delivery support strategy.
Main activities and responsibilities:
· working with multiple stakeholders to ensure alignment of Service Management processes / policies / procedures with the client's expectations and needs
· ensuring swift and effective communication between a client, functional manager(s), technical & supporting teams
· coordinating service restoration for incidents affecting the production infrastructure environment
· acting as point of escalation for day-to-day issues
· tracking & reporting performance metrics and working towards higher service availability and resilience
· actively participating in Incident-Problem-Change management,
· taking leadership when looking for solutions to professional, technical or operational project problems based on analytical skills and business knowledge of the Client
