Strategic Outsourcing Delivery (SO Delivery) focuses on delivering our IT services to clients all over the world and help clients to manage all or parts of their IT infrastructure so that they can focus on achieving their core business objectives. Brief roles and responsibilities are enlisted:-

· Server Systems Operations – Windows Server/VMware Administrator
· Managing 600+ Windows servers(including Physical & Virtual) at MAFIL Corporate Office
· Server Management which includes Installation, Configuration, Patching, ISEC, Asset Management, Security control, Backup, Licensing and Troubleshooting
· Activation & Deactivation of servers as per IBM Process – ScoA/SCoD (Secondary Controls over Activation/Deactivation)
· Monitoring Servers by ITM Agent (IBM Tool)
· Disk Management & CPU & Memory Utilization Monitoring on regular basis
·  VMWare ESXi Clusters, Hosts, Virtual Machines, Data stores & Resources Management
· Designing, Configuring & Managing Active Directory in MicrosoftWindowsServer 2008 domain controller
· Managing DHCP/DNS servers which includes scope creation/deletion in DHCP, IP reservation, MAC Binding
· Managing TSM (Tivoli Storage Management) servers for Backup
· Managing TEM (Tivoli Endpoint Management) servers for managing clients
· Managing File Server which includes Folder Access/Set Permission/Quota Allocation,etc...
· Managing web application servers which include installing IIS , Configuring & Recycling Application Pools.
· Managing DR (Disaster Recovery) servers
· Managing Virtualization Environment using VM Ware ESXi 5.5
· Creating Clusters for High Availability (HA) and Distributive Resource Scheduling (DRS)
