Job Responsibilities
· Interact with company's employees and ex- employees, provide information during their Off-Boarding process, work on different tools, generate exit letters, maintain weekly and monthly reports.
· Ensure separation activities are closed on time.
· Maintain consistency in timelines.
· Work in parallel with stakeholders to close dependencies.
· Ensure timely, accurate and value-added response to mails.
· Meet deadlines and comply with policy and process guidelines.
· Work in a collaborative and international team environment.
· Provide support for any internal and external audits and ensure compliance to the existing standards and other applicable laws.
· Complete additional tasks as requested by the Team Leader/Manager.
