Senior Tech. Developer/Consultant, Curam Software or Social/Healthcare

IBM's Curam team, part of IBM Watson Health, is now searching for talented Developer/Consultant to join our team.

The Curam Senior Technical Developer/Consultant is a Client facing role. Best suited is a J2EE/Java architect or experienced developer with a consultancy background. In this role you will develop deep expertise in the technical aspects of the Curam Business Application Suite (CBAS) and work directly with clients on requirements definition/elaboration, functional and technical design and architecture, fit/gap (from a technical, functional and non-functional perspective) and CBAS technical configuration (java, rules, workflow, etc.).

If you are interested in working with cutting edge technology such as mobile, design and development of mobile apps will form a part of this role.

You will help your clients understand that technology can affect the way they think and see the world. Finally, you will combine your depth of technical skills with your breadth of understanding of the different elements of technology, process - and their interdependencies.

To be successful in this role you have at least five years experience in a senior technical role working for an information technology consulting firm OR a minimum of 5 years' experience working for a public sector agency in the delivery of information technology related projects for the Social Security and/or Human Services marketplace. You have at least 5 years experience in Java / J2EE and technology development and will have held team leader positions in delivering these capabilities.

Ideally you have a good understanding of case management and associated business processes of government social enterprises. You also understand of how to implement and customize Commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) social enterprise management (SEM) functionality.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
