Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Senior Software Developer, you will be part of a core team of developers, architects and product managers building the next generation of market-leading Sustainability and Asset Management products.

Your expertise at building highly automated, high-performance, and reliable systems will be critical. In this senior role, you will be expected to display a high level of technical knowledge and leadership as well as being an excellent hands-on developer.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
• Proven hands-on expertise with DevOps engineering:
- GitOps architecture and tools such as ArgoCD
- Deep knowledge of automation languages including Ansible, GoLang
- Observability platforms such as Instana or Grafana.
- Infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation
- Expertise with at least 1 cloud provider from AWS, IBMCloud, Azure.
• Experience with containerization practices and orchestration platforms.
- Operator development for Kubernetes or RedHat OpenShift
• DevSecOps standards and tools, compliance requirements such as SOC
• Excellent communication skills in English and ability to work with a global team
• Quick learner: flexibility to take on new challenges, curiosity to grasp new technologies, and a growth mindset

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Practitioner and advocate for Continuous Deliver Practices and Culture
- Building and improving CI/CD pipelines
• Previous experience in software development with languages such as Java or C++.
• Experience with Database and Cache strategies for performance.

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, similar technical field, or equivalent experience
