Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Business Sales & Delivery Executive at IBM, you'll play a pivotal role in driving IBM's sustained growth by leveraging your expertise in business development, sales, account management, and delivery. You'll engage in projects aimed at helping clients optimize their operations by integrating strategy, processes, technology, and information to enhance efficiency, reduce expenses, and boost both profit and shareholder value. Your key responsibilities will encompass:

Proposal Development: Identifying business drivers and objectives, and crafting persuasive proposals and business cases tailored to achieve desired outcomes.

Requirements Analysis and Specifications Design: Translating client requirements into actionable business needs and contributing to the development of detailed design and technical specifications.

Future-Ready Architecture Planning: Assessing enterprise requirements and current architecture status to devise roadmaps for future enhancements accordingly.

Moreover, you'll play a crucial role in both fostering new business opportunities and delivering services to Central/Federal Government clients. This entails formulating strategies for designated Government accounts and contributing to the broader strategic vision. You'll be accountable for the overall performance of assigned Central/Federal accounts, as well as for delivering and promoting Central/Federal solutions across other Government accounts, industries, and services.

In this capacity, you'll serve as a client-facing professional who not only sells but also leads and implements expert services, leveraging IBM's extensive array of offerings and technologies. A successful Consultant in this role is esteemed by clients as a trusted advisor, collaborating closely to devise innovative solutions for even the most complex business challenges.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Strong domain knowledge of European Institution, procurement rules, and customer procedures and information. Ability to support opportunity identification using public information and other sources. Actual knowledge of EU regulations and workings of regulations that are applicable to opportunities for IBM. Prior experience at an EU-I is preferred, strongly.
Ability to synthesize information from multiple sources into a comprehensive offer, compliant both technically and administrative.
(proven) leadership skills for directing a team of technical writers to produce high quality proposals, while remaining hands-on and up -to-date of the latest. Technical affinity required to guide and enable the team to deploy (gen)AI capabilities for continuous quality enhancement of the proposals.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Languages required: English spoken and written to a high standard , French would also be considered a nice to have .
