Your Role and Responsibilities

In this role you will learn and support as junior delivery consultant who can learn fast and elude about the interconnected and integrated security landscape in Customer’s business context supporting projects collaborating with technical Teams.

On term you should demonstrate some knowledge in Security Identity and Management (IAM) domain and should be able to speak at least one technology in this landscape as well.

As a junior consultant, working under general supervision you will develop content and artifacts to support briefings, workshops, and/or consulting engagements within your domain that assess a client’s security capabilities as well as recommending solutions to enhance a client’s overall security capabilities. Such client security capabilities may involve technology support, maintenance, testing within the technology.

Information and Data are some of the most important organizational assets in today’s businesses. As a Junior Security Consultant, you will be working with senior colleagues supporting IBM’s clients, analyzing business requirements to provide input to project delivery methodology in planning, design and implement the best security IAM solutions for their needs. You will apply your technical skills to analyze requirements and factors enabling and securing the client's organization with the cognitive solutions that are making IBM the fastest growing enterprise security business in the world.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

·  Good communication and presentation skills
·  Understand at least one IAM technology demonstrating fast learning capability.
·  Good writing skills
·  Comfortable working under general supervision in a project based / client serving model
·  Support and properly address client requirements
·  Ability to work with global and diverse teams in a dynamic environment
·  Ability to work in a matrix management model
·  The ability to travel and adapt to other cultures
·  Familiar about minimum one IAM technology, vendor
·  General knowledge about project delivery in minimum one Security area
·  1-2 years experience in security technology support
·  General knowledge of authentication methods
·  General knowledge of Access Management

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

·  Familiarity of security technologies demonstrated by having initial security certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CEH, CCNA. Additional preferences are:
·  Familiarity of requirements for IAM
·  Any technical certifications of leading IAM or Security technologies
·  Knowledge of Access Management capabilities in Cloud infrastructures, e.g. Azure AD, AWS and GCP
·  Additional major European language skills preferred such as French
