Security Device Analyst

Job description

Currently IBM Security Services division is looking for candidates for Security Device Analyst role. We are seeking highly motivated network/security technicians to join the IBM Global Security Operations Center (SOC), working from the Wroclaw's Client Innovation Center in Poland as a SOC Device Analyst, augmenting our 24/7/365 services.
Work model: Sun-Wed or Wed-Sat. 4 days in a week, 10 hours per shift. 24/7 coverage.

Main tasks and responsibilities will include:
·  To ensure the health and currency of security devices (e.g. QRadar, Firewalls, UTMs, Network and Host IPS/IDS etc.) that compose the managed infrastructure of clients worldwide
·  To perform an analytical and technical role in the monitoring and escalating security incidents, performs first investigation on incidents related to MSS Customers
·  To perform assigned technical tasks including research, analysis, troubleshooting, recovery, and issue root cause analysis of managed security solutions
·  To perform triage, diagnosis or device health issues, investigation of connectivity and outages incidents, analysis recurrent events and problem investigation.

·  Experience in BMC Remedy
