Introduction
As a Security Compliance Lead, you’ll analyze business requirements to design and implement the best security solutions for their needs. You’ll apply your technical skills to find the balance between enabling and securing the client's organization with the cognitive solutions that are making IBM the fastest growing enterprise security business in the world.

Serving as a trusted cyber security advisor, you'll provide thought and people leadership on a team where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to our federal clients to continue to drive innovation and adoption of new technology. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of federal regulations and have a proven track record of successfully managing security compliance & privacy programs.

Assessment & Authorization (A&A) efforts

· 
Conducting risk assessments, identifying vulnerabilities and tracking remediation

· 
Supporting incident response activities for security incidents

You’ll be a good fit for this role if you…

· 
Know the difference between a cloud agnostic firewall and an AWS firewall

· 
Are comfortable working with Sys Admins to configure cloud environments (group policies, etc.) in a secure way (enable AND disable)

· 
Have experience working toward a Zero Trust Architecture from a policy AND network architectural perspective

**This position requires the ability to obtain a "Public Trust" Security clearance or higher**

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

In addition to your superb written and verbal communication skills, you’ll possess the following…

· 
Hands-on technical experience at the command prompt level

· 
Experience configuring security baselines DISA STIGs and CIS Benchmarks

· 
3+ years’ experience working with cybersecurity in an AWS environment

· 
7+ years of NIST Risk Management Framework RMF experience

· 
7+ years of HIPAA and/or CUI Data Protection experience

· 
Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance from the U.S. Federal Government

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

· 
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or other STEM related area

· 
At least 3 years of Project Management experience

· 
At least 3 years of Bid & Proposal Support experience
