Your Role and Responsibilities
Understand and effectively following principles such as “security by design”, “privacy by design” and “continuous compliance”, the Security Architect is expected to have broad knowledge in all areas and work closely with the domain specific teams. The Security Architect is also expected to have deep knowledge in the development, integration, operation, monitoring, and response, for scalable, security specific solutions. This includes oversight responsibility for the overall privacy, security and compliance of complex environment. Other responsibilities include consultation and guidance as needed for the individual domain areas.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

·  Bachelor degree with technical major such as Engineering or Computer Science
·  4 to 6 years of enterprise information security experience
·  Recognized certification for information security (CISSP, CISM, etc.)

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
• Governance, Risk and Compliance
• Monitoring, Alerting, Analysis and Response
• Understanding and experience with DevOps and Agile development/deployment models
o Cloud based infrastructure and services (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, Hybrid, Containers, etc.)
Including IBM Cloud and AWS cloud services
Network based infrastructure and services
o Security infrastructures, services and solutions (i.e. IPS, FWs, SIEMs, etc.)
